A Pocono Country Place Property Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors – Special Meeting November 2, 2009
The Board of Directors held a Special meeting Monday, November 2, 2009, in the E-clubhouse. The Secretary called the roll. Present were Ms. Bruno, Ms. Cooney, Mrs. Harris, Mr. Kirk, Ms. Padilla-Riss, Mr. Rametta, Mrs. White Absent was Mr. Herbert Also present was Mr. Schlaack, Property Manager and Nick Haros, legal counsel. Motion made by Joe Rametta, seconded by Karen White, to adjourn to closed session to discuss legal matters and not return Yea: Ms. Bruno, Ms. Cooney, Mrs. Harris, Mr. Kirk, Ms. Padilla-Riss, Mr. Rametta, Mrs. White Absent: Mr. Herbert Nay: None Motion Carried.
