Town Hall Meeting

Schedule for current 2010 - 2011 meeting dates

October 21st 2010
January 20th 2011
April 21st 2011

All meetings will be held in the E - Clubhouse
and will begin at 6:30 PM

The Town Hall meeting consists of a panel of Department Heads, not Board Members, to respond to all questions presented by attending residents.  Anyone that would like to submit their questions in advance of the meeting may do so at the administrative offices.  It is important to note that early submission of a question will not guarantee an answer at the meeting.  All questions submitted prior to the meeting will be addressed first.  The appropriate Department Head will answer each question.  Residents who wish to address the panel are welcome to do so during the meeting at the end of each question.

Please plan your remarks ahead of time.  Administrative members welcome this time to address the residents however the agenda will be very full.  Thus we request that you limit your remarks to two minutes to ensure that all topics have sufficient time to be addressed.  This does not mean that larger scale issues will not be heard.  If your concern requires more time please summarize it and administration will add it to the agenda for the next meeting.

Please don’t expect an immediate response.  Some issues will require additional research and an answer may not be immediately available.  Sometimes an answer is readily available.  Please be prepared for the possibility that your question will not be answered until after the meeting.

If you would like any additional information about the Quarterly Town Hall meeting, please contact the administrative offices (894-8356).  The purpose of these meetings is for residents to share opinions and concerns with Administration.  All of us in Administration are looking forward to the next meetings, partnering with our residents to help make A Pocono Country Place a safe and desirable place to live.
