All candidates were given a "Candidate Disclosure Form" in their packet that included the following questions -
1) Describe your education.
2) Describe your professional experience.
3) How long have you been a unit owner in A Pocono Country Place?
4) How long have you lived in A Pocono Country Place?
5) What do you like best about A Pocono Country Place?
6) Is there anything you would like to change about A Pocono Country Place? If yes, what would you
like to change and why?
7) Please describe how you have participated in Association governance and/or activities in the past.
8) Describe any special expertise or knowledge that you possess that could be useful as a Director.
9) How many hours per week do you have to devote to Association related activities?
10) Have you read and do you understand the documents governing the Association including the
following - a) Bylaws, b) Restrictive Covenants, c) Rules and Regulations, d) Articles of
Incorporation?
11) Describe your approach to problem solving.
12) Describe your approach to consensus building.
13) Describe the specific goals you hope to accomplish if elected to the Board of Directors.
14) Have you ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor? If so, identify the offense( s) and date(s)
of conviction.
15) Please describe briefly your candidacy platform.
The candidates were requested to include the answers to all of the questions in their summaries. If they omitted a particular question, it will be noted at the bottom of their summary.
