Recreation Committee
Minutes- November 9th, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m.
Present was Cindy Rametta, Debra Vines, and Norma Riss, liaison.
The purpose of the meeting was to finalize the details of the New Year's Eve Party so a flier for the event could be created to meet the newsletter deadline for the December edition.
Norma Riss stated DJ Eubie is avavilable for the event at a cost of $450. The menu was finalized. The fee for the event will be $25 for adults and $12 for children under 12 years.
A minimum of 50 adults registered will be required for the event to be held. Deadline for registration will be December 23, 2009.
Cindy Rametta will create the flier this evening and e mail to committee members for approval by 12 p.m. November 10, 2009 to meet the newsletter deadline.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
